TA01 and TA02 Rear Shock Mount Replacement

This aluminum rear shock tower is a purpose-made direct-fit upgrade for Tamiya TA01 and TA02 1/10 touring car chassis. The machined alloy offers a firmer mounting surface for rear shocks and helps reduce unwanted movement during high-precision tuning.

The unit installs using the chassis' existing rear bulkhead and shock mounting points for TA01/TA02 layouts, preserving original hole patterns and hardware compatibility. Inspect eyelet spacing and screw lengths when installing and reuse original screws when they provide proper thread engagement.

As a tuning aid the stiffer construction reduces flex where the shock tops attach, which can make adjustments to preload and angle more consistent lap to lap. The light blue color is an aesthetic finish and does not affect fit.
