Overview: Tamiya TA rear knuckle upgrade

This black aluminum rear knuckle is specified for use on Tamiya TA01, TA02, DF01 and FF01 chassis. It serves as a direct-replacement rear steering/knuckle component to provide a stiffer junction for the hub and axle interface for hobby maintenance and setup work.

To fit, remove the rear wheel and hub, examine the bearings and link pins for wear, and replace the stock knuckle with the aluminium part. Where possible reuse the factory mounting hardware, ensure correct orientation and tighten screws to recommended torque while checking for binding or interference.

From a durability perspective, the metal knuckle cuts down flex relative to many OEM plastic parts so rear alignment holds up better during rough use and suspension movement. Use with suitable hubs and properly serviced bearings to capitalise on the more consistent handling characteristics.

Spedizione velocissima e prodotti ottimi. Sono contento. Grazie.
The alloy construction resists deformation better than typical plastic knuckles, reducing movement at the hub under load. Regular inspection for impact damage is still recommended.
Periodically check mounting screws for looseness, clean mating surfaces, and inspect bearings and hubs for wear to preserve fit and alignment.
Yes, when combined with proper hubs and bearings it offers improved consistency for club-level running; heavy crash impacts can still damage any component, so inspect after incidents.
