TA-02 drive shaft overview

This JR-TA200-BK assembly supplies a black aluminium main drive shaft with an integrated joint, designed as a direct replacement for Tamiya TA-02 style drivetrains. The metal construction offers greater wear resistance and stiffness versus many stock plastic shafts.

Use the part to remedy drivetrain slop, lower shaft flex under load, or to swap out a damaged original. Always check the shaft against your TA-02 gearbox interfaces and coupling locations; basic cleaning and alignment checks will prevent unwanted binding.
