12mm wheel spacer for TA05 family

This 12mm aluminium adaptor is made for the Tamiya TA05 range including TA05, TA05-IFS, TA05-R and TRF-416 and comes as Version 2 providing a +1 degree toe adjustment. It is an offset part intended to alter wheel position and create a small toe change without altering hubs or wheel hexes.

Installation is straightforward: take off the wheel and any existing spacer or hex, align the 12mm adaptor on the axle/hex interface and fasten with the original nut or retaining hardware. Use the correct hex driver, ensure full thread engagement and perform a quick alignment check on a flat area before running.

Used as a setup tweak, the adaptor adjusts track width and introduces a modest positive toe that can improve turn-in feel and corner entry. Make single-step changes when tuning roll centre or steering characteristics and record lap-to-lap differences.
