This is a graphite front SSG shock tower made for the TAMIYA TA05 chassis, sold as model TA05-02/SG. It swaps in for the stock front shock mounting plate to provide a firmer, more consistent mounting position for the front shocks.

The unit serves solely as a suspension mounting and tuning piece. Installing it changes the mount stiffness and can alter shock leverage and chassis behaviour; consider it a tuning item to adjust handling, not a performance cure-all. Where practical reuse the original fasteners and confirm alignment before final torque.

Fitting advice: remove the OEM front tower and transfer any spacers or brackets needed. Re-check shock angles and droop after installation and perform on-track comparisons to evaluate handling differences. Small changes in mounting location or tower height will affect front grip and balance, so make adjustments in small steps.
