Aluminium suspension mount for Tamiya touring chassis

This alloy suspension mount is a scale replacement intended for Tamiya TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416 touring car chassis. Made as a single machined aluminium piece, it takes the place of the factory plastic mount to give a stiffer mounting point while preserving the original suspension geometry.

Fitment applies only to the chassis types shown in the title. The unit is supplied as 1 pcs and designed to sit in the stock mounting locations on those cars, using the existing screw holes and hardware pattern. No other parts are assumed to be included in the package.

Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with touring car maintenance: remove the original plastic mount, relocate any bushings or inserts if needed, and bolt the aluminium mount into the factory locations. Keep fastener alignment consistent to protect wheel alignment and suspension kinematics.

For tuning use the aluminium mount increases local stiffness at the suspension pickup, which can make steering feedback crisper and improve repeatable settings during track sessions. Continue to follow normal setup steps when altering shock positions, roll centre or arm geometry for the TA05-R/TRF415/TRF-416 platforms.
