The JR-TFD10-RD set offers two aluminum rear body posts crafted for use with TAMIYA Thunder Shot, Thunder Dragon, and Fire Dragon buggies. These metal posts replace standard plastic mounts to give a firmer attachment point during track use.
Material and finish are described in the title: aluminum with red anodizing, sold as a 2pcs set. Fit them at the chassis rear mounting points to hold the body shell securely under load and through repeated handling.
To install, remove the existing posts and align the new posts with the original holes, then secure using the original screws. After fitting, check body alignment and tighten incrementally to prevent stripping thread engagement.
During setup and maintenance cycles, metal posts serve as a dependable datum for positioning the shell, making iterative body adjustments faster and more consistent.
