This aluminum rear knuckle set is made as an aftermarket upgrade for Tamiya TL-01, GF-01 and WR-02 compatible chassis arrangements. The anodized blue pieces replace plastic uprights to provide a firmer mounting surface for suspension links and wheel hubs while retaining stock geometry.
Installation follows the original layout and uses the same fastener holes and link pins, so no chassis cutting or drilling is needed. Typical tasks are removing the rear hubs, fitting the knuckles into the upright assemblies, and rechecking drive shaft alignment and wheel bearing seating. Use regular hex drivers and common hand tools for the job.
These aluminum knuckles can reduce flex under load, helping keep the rear suspension geometry consistent. That can make toe and camber reactions more predictable in turns and on grippy tracks, which is helpful when you are tuning rear roll height or seeking a firmer rear end response.
