This aluminium front upper suspension arm is supplied as a direct-replacement part for TAMIYA TL-01, GF-01 and WR-02 chassis. It swaps into the stock location to give a consistent mounting point for the steering knuckle and upper suspension link without geometry changes.
Intended role: install this arm to secure more consistent camber and toe under load, reduce upper link flex during extended running, and improve setup repeatability for suspension tuning. This item is designed for model-scale setup use only.
Installation notes: detach the original arm and move over any bushings, pins, or spacers from the stock part. Check that the steering knuckle, shock tower, and servo saver clearances are acceptable before final tightening. Fasteners should be tightened to a firm setting and checked periodically for security.
Tuning tips: aluminium alters upper link stiffness so tune toe and camber in small steps and test on your usual surface. If necessary, soften shock valving or alter spring rates to compensate for the reduced flex at the upper mount.
