Light alloy upgrade for TRF-series chassis

This Ver. 2 aluminium suspension mount is offered as part 415-01/B1X/V2 and replaces the stock plastic mount on compatible Tamiya TRF 415, FF03, TA-05IFS and TRF-416 variants. It is designed to give a firmer anchor point for suspension pickups while retaining original fitment points.

The focus is on setup consistency and chassis tuning rather than altering basic suspension geometry. Club competitors and weekend tuners fit this mount to reduce play at pivot points, prolong service life versus factory moulded parts, and achieve repeatable adjustments at the track.

Fitting is straightforward using the donor mount hardware and the existing screw holes. Inspect inserts and use a matching hex driver to avoid stripping threads, then confirm toe and camber settings after installation to preserve handling balance.
