The Arrowmax AM-417-BC14 turn-buckle shaft is supplied as a pair and designed as an RC-scale linkage part. Crafted from titanium, the 3x32mm rod provides reduced weight with strong corrosion resistance, suited to 1/10 electric touring car steering and suspension links that need accurate length adjustment.
Fitting follows the usual turn-buckle routine: remove the existing rod from the ball cups or rod ends, confirm matching thread direction and length, then secure using the original lock nuts or a thread locking compound if you prefer. Double-check thread engagement and linkage straightness before final torque to keep suspension travel and steering predictable.
Tuning advice: titanium lowers reciprocating and rotating mass in link assemblies and is tougher against wear in high mileage setups, but it will not change geometry on its own. Use these shafts to replace bent or worn rods or to carry a durable spare for TRF417 running.
