TT-01 aluminium shock upgrade

This aluminium oil damper set is made as a direct replacement for TAMIYA TT-01 and TT-01 TYPE E 1/10 on-road chassis, offered under model TT01-14/LB. It replaces common plastic or basic metal shocks with machined aluminium bodies and oil damping, giving more consistent feedback when cornering and transferring weight on sealed surfaces.

Use these dampers as a tuning tool by varying shock oil and spring combinations. Adjustments change rebound and compression behaviour, as well as pitch and roll control, allowing riders to refine balance for club runs or setup trials.

Fitting is simple for those comfortable with 1/10 scale maintenance: remove the stock dampers, reuse springs if compatible, then mount the aluminium units to the original shock towers and suspension arms. Maintain performance by checking seals and oil level, and service with fresh shock oil when required.
