TT01 Delrin collars for drift arm use

These RC-scale Delrin shaft collars are intended for use with the TT055D drift arm on Tamiya TT01 platforms. The four-piece set is keyed to maintain shaft location and spacing. Delrin offers a low-friction bearing surface and acts as an effective spacer where small axial adjustments and firm locking are needed in drift suspension or steering linkages.

To install, slide each collar onto the shaft, position to the required spot and secure with the original set screw or clip that holds the drift arm. Check hub alignment and rotate through steering or drivetrain travel to confirm there is no binding before tightening fully. This set uses your existing hardware; extra fasteners or tools are not included.

Delrin collars are commonly used to fine-tune endplay and lateral clearance without increasing rotating mass, making them useful when replacing worn plastic or metal spacers. Regular cleaning and inspection will extend service life; replace any collar that shows noticeable scoring or a loose fit.
