Battery Strap Upgrade for TT-01 Type-E

The TT01-M09 is a replacement tie-down designed to hold the battery firmly inside the Tamiya TT-01 Type-E tray, helping to prevent pack movement while making small setup changes or running short test laps.

Fitting is straightforward: seat the battery in the tray, pass the strap over the pack, attach at the factory strap posts or anchors and check that it does not rub wiring or moving parts. Standard hand tools are sufficient for fitting, and a quick torque check keeps fastenings secure under vibration.

For tuners, a secure battery minimises variables that affect handling and lap consistency when you change suspension or motor position. Replace the strap if you notice any material wear or loss of grip to preserve predictable chassis response.
