This aluminium front upper suspension arm is made as an RC-scale replacement for Tamiya TT01 and TT01E chassis. It takes the place of the factory plastic arm to offer a more rigid mounting point for the steering knuckle and upper link, which helps the front-end geometry hold under load and minor knocks.
Fitting requires basic disassembly: remove the wheel hub and the original arm, move over any bushings or pins required, install the aluminium arm into the existing mounts, and verify unhindered steering and suspension travel. Regular hobby tools such as hex drivers and pliers are sufficient for the job.
As a tuning piece the arm helps reduce front-end flex compared with stock plastic, aiding repeatability when you change anti-roll bars, springs, or roll balance for practice or race conditions.
