Red Wheel Adapter and Brake Rotor Kit for TT-02

This kit provides aluminium wheel adaptors together with scale-style brake rotors and integrated bearings, intended for the Tamiya TT-02 chassis. The metal parts replace plastic hub fittings to give improved support where bearings are used at the wheel interface.

Material choice and surface finish prioritise dimensional stability and a convincing scale look for 1/10 models. The red finish pairs well with custom paint schemes while the fitted bearings cut rotational drag versus non-bearing adapters.

Designed specifically for Tamiya TT-02 fitment, the set is best suited to modelers aiming for enhanced detailing and modest driveline improvement. Familiarity with wheel hub removal and reassembly will help during installation.

Very nice product. Easy to assembly. But still expect to have instruction sheet on how to use various parts.
Remove the wheel and hub from the axle, swap the plastic hub for the aluminium adaptor, fit the bearing assembly, and reassemble. Keep fasteners to the manufacturer's torque recommendations where possible.
Most stock wheel nuts will work, but verify thread fit and clearance after installation. Some setups may benefit from thin washers to maintain correct wheel offset.
The finish is decorative and can show wear under heavy use; treat the parts gently during installation and clean with mild agents to preserve the coating.
Yes, but remove bearings and mask threaded areas first. Use metal-appropriate primers and paints for a durable result.
