This aluminium 25T servo horn and steel tie rod set is produced as an aftermarket upgrade for Tamiya TT02B chassis and supplied as a single assembly. It replaces the stock plastic arm with a durable aluminium 25T horn and a steel tie rod to reduce flex at the servo linkage and preserve consistent steering input while driving and during setup changes.
Ensure you have a compatible 25T servo spline and sufficient clearance in the TT02B steering layout before fitting. To install, remove the original horn, place the 25T aluminium arm on the servo spline, secure with the factory retaining hardware, then connect and fine tune the steel tie rod to achieve the desired neutral toe and steering travel. Do not overtighten screws to avoid damaging the servo spline.
Drivers use this part to tighten steering feel and reduce play between the servo output and steering linkage, which is especially beneficial when adjusting steering rates or tuning toe and Ackermann geometry on the TT02B platform.
