This aluminium 25T servo horn combined with an aluminium tie rod is supplied as an aftermarket replacement tailored for the TAMIYA TT02B chassis, model TT2B025TM. It replaces the original plastic arm to give a stiffer connection from servo to steering linkage, improving mechanical feel under higher steering loads.

Installation is straightforward: verify the servo spline is 25T, align the horn while the servo is at neutral, then secure with the original screw. Use correct thread engagement and do not overtighten to avoid damaging the spline or screw threads. Intended for use on radio-controlled model vehicles only.

For tuning, this aluminium horn and tie rod reduce flex at the steering link, making inputs feel more immediate when used with a stronger servo. After fitting, check for adequate clearance around the steering components to ensure full travel and no binding.
