Adjustable aluminium mount for TT02 series

This aluminium alloy mount offers an aftermarket solution for mounting motors on the Tamiya TT02 and TT02B chassis. It accepts pinions from 16T up to 25T and provides a measured slot to slide the motor for precise pinion-to-spur engagement.

Ideal when switching pinion sizes or when small motor moves are needed to improve gear contact. The design replaces the stock motor plate area and allows stepwise lateral adjustment so you can dial in the best mesh before locking the bracket.

Fitting is simple for an experienced builder: detach the motor from the original plate, attach it to this bracket, adjust position while rotating the spur to inspect mesh, then tighten the screws. The item is supplied as a single piece for maintenance and tuning tasks.

Does this support both TT02 and TT02B gearboxes?

Yes, it is made to work with both TT02 and TT02B layouts and their standard gearbox spacing.

Is any trimming of the chassis required?

No trimming is normally required; the mount replaces the stock motor plate area and locates using existing screw points for a neat fit.

Will the mount hold under regular running?

When installed and torqued correctly it provides a stable mounting platform suitable for everyday driving and tuning sessions.
