7075 aluminium precision steering set

This aftermarket steering assembly is made for the TAMIYA XV-02 PRO 1/10 4WD chassis and is CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium to reduce deflection at the steering pivots. The set is engineered to route steering loads more directly to the servo and linkages, improving feedback. Bearings and mounting hardware are supplied with fittings pre-installed to simplify installation.

These parts provide a tuning advantage rather than altering factory steering geometry: stiffer mounting points help keep toe settings and ackermann more stable under load, which can make steering inputs feel more immediate on loose and grippy surfaces. Installation swaps out the plastic steering pieces while allowing reuse of existing linkages where compatible; check fastener torque for aluminium components and verify full travel after installation.
