Machined 7075 damper stay for XV-02

This 7075 aluminium damper stay mount is an aftermarket component for the TAMIYA 1/10 4WD XV-02 PRO CHASSIS. It swaps the original plastic tower base for a machined aluminium unit to give a firmer anchor for the shock tower and bogie assembly.

Fitting is simple on a standard XV-02 PRO: remove the stock tower base, position the damper stay mount over the chassis bosses, and secure it with the original screws. Confirm thread engagement and chassis alignment before final torque so the stay sits true and the shock geometry is preserved.

Used as a tuning item, this mount reduces flex at the shock tower base to stabilise suspension feedback when cornering or braking on carpet and tarmac. Compatible with typical XV-02 shock arrangements, the part is supplied as a single replacement mount; shocks and extra fittings are not included.
