Front tower upgrade for MICRO-T Desert Truck

This aluminium front shock tower is an RC replacement part intended for Team Losi MICRO-T Desert Truck setups. It acts as the direct shock mount and ties into the front suspension to give a more rigid mounting surface than the factory plastic tower.

Installation follows the original mounting scheme; remove the stock tower, check that all mounting holes line up and reuse the original fasteners where appropriate. Make sure there is sufficient clearance around the servo and steering linkages before final tightening to prevent binding under full lock.

Used as a tuning part the tower increases chassis stiffness at the front. Higher rigidity at the shock mounts can reduce flex-driven variation in damping, making shock valve and spring choices behave more consistently on desert-style tracks. Adjust shock length, spring preload and eyelet position incrementally to evaluate handling changes.
