20-tooth aluminium servo horn for Mini-T steering

This 3 piece replacement set is compatible with Team Losi Mini-T 2.0 2WD steering assemblies and replaces the stock 20T horn and its mounting parts. CNC-style machining from 6061-T6 aluminium keeps mass down while offering greater tensile strength than factory plastic arms.

The integrated spring helps cushion impacts so the servo and steering gears see less shock during bumps and minor contacts, and the straight arm shape improves stiffness under steering load. Fit the supplied stainless screw and aluminium collar onto a 20-tooth servo spline and centre the horn before final tightening.

Fitting guide: remove the original horn, mount the aluminium horn onto the 20T spline, add the collar, and tighten with the included 2.5x10 round head screw. Verify servo neutral, check endplay, then test steering travel gently before regular use.

Will this work with metal-geared servos fitted to a Mini-T?

Yes. The aluminium horn fits a 20-tooth spline regardless of the servo gear material, but ensure the servo spline is compatible and the horn is centred during install.

Does the spring affect steering feel?

The spring softens small impacts and adds a slight give on hard hits, but normal steering responsiveness and throw should remain unchanged when correctly installed.

Is any modification required to fit?

No drilling or trimming is usually needed: fit to the 20T spline, add the collar, and secure with the supplied screw, then check centring and endplay.
