Aftermarket motor mount with finned cooling

An aftermarket 9pcs motor mount plate set made for Team Losi SUPER BAJA that combines a 6061-T6 aluminium mainplate with stainless steel fasteners and stabilising shims. It replaces the stock motor clamp area to deliver a firmer mounting surface and built-in fins to assist heat dispersion from the motor.

The kit supplies the motor mount and matching hardware sized to the original mounting points so fitting is straightforward using the existing motor screw holes and standard hand tools like a hex driver. Stainless stabilising shims are included to sit beneath screw heads and tighten the assembly when the motor is tightened, helping keep gear mesh steady and reducing gearbox vibration.

Improved fin geometry boosts surface area for passive cooling during running, supporting tuning choices around gearing, motor timing and ESC temperature management.
