Overview of the front shock stay

This front shock stay is an aluminium replacement part made to stabilise the front upper arms and provide selectable damper mounting points on Team Losi SUPER BAJA vehicles. Constructed from 6061 T6 it gives a stiff mounting platform while keeping weight reasonable, and it uses supplied hardware to attach to existing suspension fixings.

The stay uses a consolidated ball and screw construction to cut down on slop, and fitted Delrin collars act as tight interface seals to reduce play. A series of damper holes give you several angles for tuning front-end behaviour under throttle, braking and lateral loads.
