Kyosho CLB001BG Fit and Features for KC10 Land Cruiser 60

The Kyosho CLB001BG is a pre-decorated replacement body made for the KC10 family of chassis, replicating the Toyota Land Cruiser 60 at 1/10 off-road scale. Included are chrome-plated detail parts plus decal and masking sheets to assist precise painting and decal placement, and the design retains standard light-bucket locations for aftermarket LED work.

Electrical compatibility is maintained: the body accepts Kyosho's separate LED Light Unit series (Part No. 97054) into the light buckets. The lighting layout specifies 4 headlights and 4 taillights, with front and rear turn signal provision. Kyosho recommends the 97054-4HR LED Light Unit for use with this shell; that LED unit is not included in the body kit.

Note that CL012 (Front & Rear Bumper for KC10) and CL013 (Body Mount for KC10) are excluded from the set. Installers should source those parts or suitable alternatives to achieve proper mounting and bumper installation on KC10 chassis. The decorated shell is intended purely for scale effect and fits using the KC10 body-mount points.

The kit comes with the decorated body shell, chrome-plated accessory parts, decal sheets, and masking sheets. Lighting units, bumpers, and body mounts are not supplied.

How robust is the finished body for trail use?

The decorated shell is intended for scale trail RC appearance; while suitable for general trail driving, treat painted and chrome details with care to avoid damage in hard impacts.

Will Kyosho LEDs fit the light buckets?

Yes. The body is compatible with Kyosho's LED Light Unit series (Part No. 97054). Kyosho recommends the 97054-4HR for complete lighting; LEDs sold separately.
