This aluminium rear spur gear cover mount is an aftermarket replacement intended for TRAXXAS 1/10 Rustler VXL chassis. It clamps the spur region and maintains alignment between the motor plate and main shaft, helping to reduce play and smooth out gear rotation during normal running and tuning sessions.

Produced from 6061-T6 aluminium for a favourable strength to weight ratio, the mount is lighter than many solid replacements while still being more rigid than stock plastic. The supplied stainless screws cover the mounting needs and the bearing positions are machined to support accurate spur gear tracking within the drivetrain path.

Fitting is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic RC service; remove the OEM cover, relocate bearings as required, seat the mount and tighten the included hardware. This item is for 1/10 scale hobby RC cars only and is not a component for real vehicles.
