Nitride-treated carbon steel bevel gears for E-REVO

This 6-piece replacement gear kit is designed for TRAXXAS E-REVO internal gearbox use and is made from carbon steel with a nitride case-hardened skin and precision helical spiral cutting to improve tooth strength and meshing smoothness versus stock bevel gears. It provides a direct swap for damaged or worn inner ring and pinion parts while helping to limit localized wear and drivetrain chatter.

Included are a 29T ring bevel gear and an 11T pinion gear, both 1.0 module, plus stainless steel flat head screws for mounting. The helical bevel profile combined with case hardening enhances resistance to pitting and keeps the tooth profile stable under typical RC torque, suitable for hobbyist tuning and routine maintenance.

When fitting, verify correct mesh and backlash, re-use or replace bearings as needed, and confirm screw torque to maintain alignment and prolong service life.
