This kit swaps the TRAXXAS E-REVO's common wear items for metal alternatives to cut long-term maintenance and prevent breakage under high stress. Load-bearing areas are upgraded to 6061-T6 aluminum and 45# hardened steel, while Delrin components and stainless fasteners preserve fit and resist corrosion.

The engineering focuses on a reinforced CVD head for stronger torque delivery, stiffer knuckle arms to reduce bending, and a reliable wheel hex clamping system to keep wheels secure. Bearings and fixation hardware are included so the set integrates with the original axle build without extra modifications.

Choose this upgrade for track sessions or aggressive bashing where stock plastic axle parts are likely to fail; the kit is made to drop into the stock configuration and raise component longevity.
