Anti-clockwise threaded aluminium tie rods for tougher steering

The ER160 kit replaces thin factory steering rods on 1/10 TRAXXAS chassis with stronger aluminium links intended for routine setup and maintenance. The set supplies eight rods and matching hardware for straightforward plug-in replacement on compatible 1/10 E-Revo, Summit, Revo and E-Revo 3.3 cars running electric or nitro power.

Each rod uses a 4mm thread and supports both clockwise and anti-clockwise adjustments so you can tweak linkage length without removing the rod from the linkage. The increased cross section compared with the original thin parts reduces deflection, helping to keep steering geometry stable during more demanding runs.

Installation is a familiar process for most builders: remove the stock rods, fit the aluminium ones and fasten with the supplied screws. No special tools beyond common hex drivers are necessary, and the variety of colour finishes helps with vehicle presentation or identification during setup sessions.
