The GPM Aluminum Motor Mount with Heat Sink Fins has been tailored for the Traxxas E-REVO VXL. Fabricated from Aluminum 6061 T6, it provides a solid motor platform while the expanded fin pattern helps draw heat away from hot components, making long sessions less taxing on the motor.

Will this mount fit any E-REVO VXL motor size?

It is designed for the Traxxas E-REVO VXL mounting pattern. Most common motor sizes for that platform will fit, but confirm shaft position and mount spacing before final installation.

How should I clean and maintain the mount?

Wipe the mount with a soft cloth after use and remove debris from between the fins. Inspect screws periodically and retorque to maintain a secure motor fit.

Does it require additional cooling parts?

The fin design improves passive cooling, and in extreme conditions you can add forced airflow or a fan for extra temperature control, but the mount itself enhances dissipation already.
