Machined rear damper mount for E-REVO VXL

This precision rear damper mount is made to fit TRAXXAS E-REVO VXL frames as an aftermarket upgrade. Built from 6061 T6 aluminium, the component is intended to reduce mounting flex and extend service life versus standard softer materials found on some stock parts.

The role of the kit is simple: provide a rigid fixing for the rear shock attachment so suspension settings behave consistently during tuning and track use. The box includes the mount and stainless steel fasteners for direct swap-in where factory screws share the same dimensions.

Do I need special tools to fit this part?

Standard hex drivers and pliers used for your model are sufficient. Use thread-lock where appropriate on metal-to-metal fasteners if your running conditions demand it.

Can this part be used with heavy duty shocks?

Yes, the 6061 T6 construction increases support for stiffer shock setups, but double-check clearance and travel for your chosen shock length and mount position.
