Front and rear linkage upgrade for HOSS 4X4 VXL

This 31pcs aftermarket link and brace assembly is designed for the TRAXXAS HOSS 4X4 VXL platform to add chassis support and cleaner handling across rough terrain. The set replaces standard plastic links with a matched group of front and rear tie rods, stabiliser elements, a centre brace and necessary fasteners.

Components are constructed from aluminum 6061 T6 to balance strength with low mass, and the kit includes stainless steel screws, M3 aluminum collars and silicone O-rings where required. Adjustable tie rods feature a counter-clockwise thread that lets you tune length without removing rod ends; the triangular brace form increases lateral stiffness while keeping articulation for rough ground.

Mounting targets include the top of the C-hub, both sides of the front gearbox, the top of the rear knuckle arms and the rear gearbox sides, plus the central support area. The centre brace ties the midsection to reduce flex during cornering and landings, helping when refining setup for mixed surfaces.
