This aluminium front shock tower is an aftermarket unit made for TRAXXAS 1/18 LaTrax SST models. It is intended to replace the stock plastic tower and provide a firmer attachment point for the front suspension without changing the model's scale appearance.

Fitment is aimed at the LaTrax SST 1/18 chassis family; verify your vehicle model prior to purchase. The tower uses the same shock layout and mounting holes as the OEM tower, so it installs in the original locations using the stock screw pattern.

Using aluminium reduces flex at the shock mounts and gives a consistent reference for adjusting springs, damping and ride height. It does not affect drivetrain or electronics and should be used only on hobby RC vehicles.
