6061 T6 25T Horn for TRAXXAS MAXX

Installation is straightforward where the vehicle uses a 25T spline; the item ships with stainless steel screws to match the mounting holes. When you pair a rigid horn like this with proper servo tuning and link geometry, steering repeatability and precision typically improve.

Is this horn lighter than the stock plastic part?

Will this work with my current servo settings?

It will bolt on, but you may want to fine tune endpoints and rates to get the desired steering speed and centring with the stiffer horn.
