The silver springs are manufactured from spring steel and supplied as a 2-piece set suitable for installation on TRAXXAS MAXX front or rear dampers. They are designed for RC shock tuning and are not rated for road vehicles.

Preload and the effective spring rate are altered at the shock by rotating the top cap, allowing you to tune firmness for different terrain. The contrasting silver finish helps identify spring choice on aluminium or anodised shock bodies.

Supplier measurements: length 85mm, outer diameter 26.8mm, inner diameter 23mm, coil pitch 1.9mm, which is noted as 0.1mm thicker than the original. These sizes affect ride height and the damping feel, so confirm compatibility with your shock bodies before use.
