Brass 12mm Wheel Hex Adapters for TRAXXAS MAXX

This 12mm hex adapter kit fits TRAXXAS MAXX wheel hubs and uses brass to provide strength and extra mass. The thicker 12mm profile helps with wheel alignment and increases track width while avoiding contact with the drivetrain when fitted correctly.

The set includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward replacement of standard hexes and is suitable as an aftermarket tuning part.

Fitting normally requires removing the original hex, locating the brass adapter on the hub, and securing it with the supplied screws and washers. Shims can be used to adjust offset as needed. The brass adds mass (approximately 7g per adapter as provided by the source) and the wider flange helps reduce wheel gap and slightly broaden track, which will affect handling characteristics on loose or uneven surfaces. The adapter measures 12mm and is noted as 7mm thicker than the stock piece.
