Adjustable rear oil shock tailored for TRAXXAS 4X4

This oil-filled rear shock is a direct-fit aftermarket upgrade for select TRAXXAS 4X4 rear mounts, built to reduce internal friction and absorb impacts for a more controlled rear end. The barrel is CNC machined from 6061-T6 alloy and fitted with a sealed cap to retain fluid and resist wear under typical RC use. Threaded bodies and adjustable collars allow ride height and spring preload changes, while a locking spring perch secures the spring during hard running.

Two spring choices are supplied: a gold spring pre-installed with a 1.4mm wire diameter for the baseline damping, plus spare black springs at 1.5mm wire diameter for increased stiffness. Bleeder screws are fitted for easier oil service. All items ship pre-assembled, and the maker suggests using screw thread locker on exposed fasteners to prevent loosening after fitment.

This part is for rear shock positions only; confirm rear-only compatibility before installation and modify the top spring retainer to alter preload and the effective spring rate to suit track or terrain.
