Front bumper description and fit

This blue replacement bumper is intended for 1/8 scale Traxxas Revo rigs and carries the part number RE-055/B. It restores the front body-mount interface and provides a simple protective surface against light knocks encountered in regular running.

Installation follows the factory procedure using existing Revo screw points. Remove the old bumper, align the RE-055/B unit with the chassis holes, and secure with the original fasteners. Verify that the body shell and steering linkages have adequate clearance before tightening. Minor trimming of the body posts may be required with some shells.

Functionally the bumper acts as a sacrificial piece and alignment aid to protect front-end components and keep mounting geometry consistent for maintenance and setup. After any suspension or steering adjustments, re-check for interference and full suspension articulation.

Fit this bumper as a like-for-like replacement to recover front-end mounting and basic impact resistance, and double-check fit during assembly.
