Replacement cap for Revo tanks

The TRV088 alloy fuel tank cap is an RC replacement part intended for TRAXXAS Revo and Revo 3.3 models. Supplied as a single cap with the mounting screw, it provides a robust metal option versus the original plastic component.

For nitro setups the cap secures the tank inlet, gives a harder wearing sealing surface, and helps keep consistent sealing during fuel system adjustments. Aluminium alloy construction offers improved resistance to repeated tightening cycles compared with stock caps while still fitting routine nitro maintenance workflows.

Installation is aimed at hobby-level maintenance: remove the OEM cap, inspect and clear the tank lip, fit the alloy cap and install the supplied screw. Start the screw by hand to avoid damage and use the right hex key; do not over-tighten.

Setup note: changing to an alloy cap is a maintenance and usability upgrade rather than a performance modification. It eases frequent tank access while setting up mixtures and doing track-side engine work.
