Titanium links for sharper steering

This tie rod kit is an aftermarket steering upgrade designed for TRAXXAS Revo lineups and Summit variants, supplied under model TTRV1160 by GPM. Completed tie rods come fitted with ball-link ends and are fabricated from titanium alloy to improve wear resistance and maintain alignment under typical hobby conditions.

Replace worn plastic or steel steering links with this set to reduce slop and sharpen steering input. The finished ball-link ends are compatible with Revo-series geometry and install into standard steering assemblies without moving the servo or suspension mount points.

These are intended strictly as model-scale steering components and are not suitable for road vehicles. Tuners often choose titanium links when they want harder steering feedback and to better preserve toe settings through heavy landings or aggressive driving.

This item is compatible with

  • Traxxas REVO
No adaptors are normally required; the ends are made to match stock Revo linkage spacing and ball-socket sizes.
Titanium offers excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, so ball-link joints tend to retain fit and alignment longer than many plated steels under similar use.
They suit most common Revo-series setups, but confirm link lengths and thread directions if you have extensive chassis or steering geometry changes.
Check ball-link retention, clean debris from joints and confirm thread security after intense sessions to prevent unwanted play.
