Twister Wheel set built for short-course and monster trucks

This wheel set provides RC-grade aluminum Twister Wheel 40 Series rims engineered for wider offset fitment on compatible short-course and monster truck chassis. Supplied as two pairs in a titanium colour, the focus is on meaningful upgrade performance rather than just looks. The aluminum construction offers a firmer, more impact-resistant option compared with typical plastic wheels.

Compatibility is limited to the models named in the specifications. Fitment follows standard steps: remove stock wheels, trial-fit new wheels to confirm hex and hub clearance, then verify there is no contact with brakes, suspension or body during full suspension travel. Check wheel runout and balance after mounting for smoother track behaviour.

Tuning notes: wider offset changes the effective track and the contact patch geometry, which will influence cornering and steering on loose or packed surfaces. Combine these wheels with appropriate tyres and suspension adjustments to dial in handling.

Suited to hobbyists upgrading to a stronger, wider-offset wheel for Traxxas Revo and compatible HPI Savage chassis; confirm hub and suspension clearance before use.

In most cases you only need to trial-fit and check for clearance; minor spacer adjustments may be required depending on your hub and body mounts.
Existing tyres may fit but verify bead seating and track width; some tyre profiles work better with the wider offset to avoid rubbing on the body or suspension.
Aluminum rims resist deformation better than many plastic options, helping maintain true wheel shape after impacts, but inspect regularly for damage.
Balance each tyre assembly on a static balancer and add small weights as needed to reduce vibration; check again after a few runs as seating can change slightly.
