Overview and fitment

This steel main gear is produced for the TRAXXAS Slash 4x4 platform and supplied as a single unit, model SSLA056T. It is offered as a direct-replacement for original plastic or degraded gears where a stronger steel part is preferred.

The gear installs into the vehicle gearbox and works with the existing motor pinion and spur arrangement. When replacing the main gear, confirm correct mesh and check surrounding bearings and gearbox components for wear prior to final assembly. This component is intended for scale RC use on Slash 4x4 models only.
