Designed for TRAXXAS Slash 4x4 low-CG setups, this motor plate secures the motor and assists with heat shedding. The component is CNC-formed from 6061-T6 aluminum to keep dimensions consistent and resist bending under normal RC stresses.
Built-in heat sink fins raise the exposed surface area near the motor interface to help move heat away from the can. On short course tracks and regular backyard runs this part improves thermal stability and supports more predictable motor temperatures.
The supplied stainless steel hardware is used for mounting. The assembly tightens the motor position, keeps proper spur and pinion alignment, and works well as part of a tuning routine that combines motor placement and cooling. After fitting, check gear mesh and mount alignment to avoid accelerated wear.
