Pre-assembled centre differential for the Sledge

This ready-to-fit RC centre differential suits the TRAXXAS 1/8 4WD Sledge Monster Truck chassis. It combines 20CrMnTi steel components with 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium and a 51T straight-cut main gear to improve strength and keep driveline accuracy under demanding off-road conditions.

The unit is supplied with 4140 carbon steel cross shafts and rubber-shielded ball bearings to simplify installation and ensure consistent power transfer. Differential oil is not supplied and must be added separately in accordance with TRAXXAS service advice; the component replaces factory part number 9585.

Before final assembly check fitment against the Sledge drivetrain, apply a medium-strength threadlocker to external fasteners to reduce loosening from vibration, and verify bearing seating and gear mesh during initial run-in. This aftermarket part is intended for owners who need increased longevity over standard factory components.
