6061-T6 alloy rear gearbox mount upgrade

This 28-piece aluminium mounting kit is an RC-scale upgrade intended to modify the rear gearbox to knuckle interface on Traxxas TRX-4 machines, increasing stiffness between the rear gear box and knuckle arms while enabling fine damper position changes. Components are machined billet-style from aluminum 6061 T6 to balance low mass with strong tensile properties and no implication of full-size application.

The assembly swaps the factory attachment points for a C-clamp style clamp system at the rear knuckle arms and repositions the damper upper mounts slightly outward from the original vertical plane. The outward offset improves lateral control and creates additional range to set damper height and angle for technical crawling lines.

All hardware supplied matches the manufacturer's parts list and should be used as provided to obtain the intended damper offsets and tie rod stabilization. Using the longer 3x18 screws isolates tie rod retention from the damper mount for independent adjustment.

Fit the supplied collars in the recommended stack arrangement and test the full travel of the rear links before final torqueing to prevent binding or interference during articulation.
