This aftermarket 6pcs rear knuckle inner case set is produced for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform to enhance drivetrain control on technical lines. Manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminum and CNC finished for repeatable tolerances, each case gives a rigid seat for the inner gears inside the rear knuckle arms during slow crawling.
The main role of the inner case is to limit side-to-side play in the rear knuckle gear stack so the gearbox gears maintain stable meshing under suspension movement. That stability reduces unwanted gear lash and keeps tooth engagement reliable when picking lines over rough terrain on the TRX4.
Included hardware: stainless steel cap head screw 2.5x8 - 4pcs to secure the inner components. The kit includes six aluminum knuckle inner cases to service both rear knuckles.
Use these alloy inner cases to tighten up gear alignment for rock crawling and steep trail sections on TRX4 rigs; they are a straightforward upgrade to reduce drivetrain slop while keeping stock gearing.
