These aluminium side steps are produced for TRAXXAS TRX-4 vehicles and are supplied as a 10pcs set including two step plates and eight stainless steel round head screws. Each plate is CNC cut, anodized, and laser-engraved with a reticulated (pattern B) texture to give a consistent, hard-wearing surface for scale rigs.

The mounting design includes a slotted screw hole so you can move the step slightly inward or outward to suit different body shells. Adjustment is achieved by sliding the screw position within the slot before final torque, which helps the steps clear body mounts without bending or trimming the plates.

Functionally these parts act as visual scale detail and light contact protection: they provide a low-profile ledge to guard lower body edges from snags while crawling. They are not structural upgrades and do not alter the vehicle's suspension or drivetrain characteristics.

Fitting tips: fit the supplied 3x10 stainless steel round head screws, check alignment with the body shell installed, and tighten in stages to keep the step level. If threads catch on anodize, clean and rethread then apply moderate torque to avoid damaging mounting points.

The TRX4014XB side steps give TRX-4 crawlers an authentic look and simple fit adjustment for trail use, combining CNC machining and anodized reticulated finish for durable scale styling.
