This 36-piece tread kit is an aftermarket upgrade made for Traxxas TRX-4 based crawlers. The plates are stainless steel with decorative machining to replicate a realistic trail-worn finish, and the leading edge is shaped to sit neatly over the hood of TRX-4 Defender style bodies. The design is focused on scale trail use rather than high speed.

You can apply the supplied double sided tape for a fast, non-permanent trial fit, or fasten the treads using the included screws and M1.2 lock nuts for a secure installation that remains removable for tuning. The set fits Traxxas TRX-4 Scale and Trail Crawler with Land Rover / Defender body model 82056-4 and is not suitable for the TRX-4 Tactical Unit model 82066-4.
