Wheel offset adapters for TRX4

These aluminium wheel hex adapters are made for TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler chassis to push the wheel mounting point 4mm further out than stock hexes, reducing wheel-to-body clearance and increasing track width for improved low-speed composure on rough sections. They provide an easy way to tune wheel spacing while keeping suspension geometry unchanged, and they interface with standard TRX4 hub and driveshaft parts.

Fitting is straightforward: the 9mm-thick hex slips over the existing hub and secures with the included stainless fasteners and washers, with the wheel fastened using the vehicle's original nuts and socket screws. The outboard shift can also help clear wider tyres or change stance. Offered in multiple colours, these adapters suit scale crawling setups that need extra clearance or a wider track.

Can I use these with beadlock or clip-on wheels?

They work with most wheel types that mount to the TRX4 hub interface, but check wheel inner offset so that the combined assembly clears the hub and body lines.

How much does each adapter move the wheel?

The 9mm hex positions the wheel mounting face 4mm further out compared with standard hexes, effectively widening the track without altering suspension geometry.

Is any trimming needed to the chassis or body?

In most builds no trimming is required; the adapters are designed to work with the existing mounting hardware and should not interfere with stock body fitment unless very wide tyres are fitted.
